Do I Really Need an Attorney?
In today's Internet culture, more legal tools are online. Sites advertise "do-it-yourself" legal services, allowing people to write their own wills or manage their divorces simply by completing forms online.
While it is possible to represent yourself in many legal matters, it isn't recommended. Without an attorney, it's hard to see the long-term implications of the decisions you make. You may make errors, miss deadlines or say the wrong things in court.
At the Law Office of Sara Sencer McArdle, LLC, we use years of experience and in-depth legal knowledge to represent clients throughout New Jersey. When you retain us, we will guide you through the legal system, helping you make decisions that lead to the best possible outcomes.
We offer free consultations in all cases, except those relating to problems with the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS). In DYFS cases, there is a consultation charge of $300, which we will apply to a retainer if you choose to hire us.
